This weekend it's off to Paris again! I started my journey in this city and I'm anxious to revisit it when the leaves have fallen. I had to get up super early to catch my flight, but I definitely got to see an incredible sunrise. Living on the east coast of a country lends itself to some pretty spectacular sunrises when I'm up early enough (or late enough) to see them. I usually despise these cliché plane window photos, but I wanted to capture the colors over the clouds. I'm ready for you, Paris!

Of course, when I'm with Tom our meals are impeccable anywhere we go. Saturday in Paris was no exception. We had the best brunch at holybelly then walked to the Jardin du Luxembourg to soak up the last bit of sunlight of the day. It is so incredible to see Paris in the fall. The trees are almost bare, but the autumn leaves color the city the most beautiful orange.

We met up with Kyle and Alex for dinner at Au Passage. We waited for what seemed like a few hours and it was worth every minute of the wait. It was truly a perfect Parisian meal. We then went to listen (and sing along) to old 90's female R&B hits at a new bar in town. A perfect night :)

DAY 2

Nov 08 2015

We had big ambitions for Sunday with trips to Fountainbleu and Versailles. We didn't make it to Versailles, but there's always next time. I'm sure it won't be long until I am back in Paris! We took the train to Fountainbleu and, without expectations, were so amazed by the Chateau and the gardens.

On our way back to the city, of course we stopped for ice cream at one of the best shops in Paris: Berthillon. I've never had ice cream that was so flavorful in my life!

DAY 3

Nov 09 2015

Well, it's almost time to say au revoir to Paris, again. I never imagined I'd be spending multiple weekends here, but to be honest, I'm anxious to come back! There is way too much to do and see that I feel no trip to Paris will complete my to-do list. Luckily, I'm only a two hour flight away so I'm sure it won't be long until I am back.

I couldn't leave without an enormous pastry breakfast with these guys.
